A personal note from the developer:

Exo7 has been a passion project of mine for many years. It started over 10 years ago, inspired by games like OGame, and has been developed step by step in my free time ever since.

I’m a solo developer, and bringing this project to life wasn’t always easy. Recently, modern tools (including AI) helped me finally push Exo7 to a state where I could share it with others.

A lot of time, effort and dedication went into this game, and I’m still actively improving it.

Exo7 will always remain free to play and will never become pay-to-win.
